No service / tipping - excellent service is assumed and fully included in all our prices and the wages for all the staff, as it should be in all hotels & restaurants.
	Check out - Nothing fixed, we use common-sense (as long as the chambermaids can get into the room to clean before 11am) and ask guests to do the same.
	Pets - No charge for well-behaved dogs, cats, orang-utangs(!) but not in public rooms please.
	Mobile Phones - Please switch them off & do not use them in public areas. There's nothing worse than one's thoughts and private conversations being bombarded by bleeps or by oiks shouting down their mobiles!
	Smoking - As from 1st July 2007 smoking is banned throughout the building, apart from a few designated private bedrooms.
	Swimming Pool - Please read & observe all safety notices. The pool is designed for safe fun not blithering idiots.
	Cancellations - We reserve the right to charge, at two-thirds of the booked rate, for non re-lettable cancellations.
	Children - Parents are responsible for their own children at all times, and vice versa!
	Pay the bill!
	Saturdays - As weekends tend to be full, we have a limited availability for "Saturday night only".
